Now more than ever it’s critical that we possess the tools to have difficult but healthy conversations with people in our lives.

The holiday season ushers in a time of gratitude and giving. This time of year it’s common to see more social media posts, more news articles, and even hear more on the radio about the holidays and what we’re grateful for. The spirit of giving swells as our hearts reflect on abundance. The end of the year invites in a season of reflection – reflecting on what we are thankful for, what the year has held, and what’s coming in the near and distant future.
