Grey cabinets are all the rage in 2022. When building or remodeling, My clients are often torn between white and grey and more and more often grey wins.

My go to is still white to keep the look classic.

The trend I am LOVING though are oversized pendants. What a statement! My only tip is don’t overdo it. When you have such large focal pieces less is more IMO.

Thank you for visiting my Facebook Business Page and your interest in learning more about me and my passion for building long-lasting relationships with my real estate clients.

I was born and raised in Northern Virginia and graduated with a degree in International Business and Marketing from Virginia Tech. Having lived in Prince William, Fairfax and Loudoun Counties, I know how fortunate we are to call Virginia home.

My real estate career began back in 2006, working for a national builder right about the time the industry started to crash. Never one to be defeated by a challenge, I took the slower market as an opportunity to really learn and become an expert in the field. I am passionate about new construction, negotiation, home design and above all offering the best service to my clients. I have been fortunate enough to be recognized by the National Association of Realtors as a member of their Top Producers Club.

For me, real estate is a family affair. My husband has a background in civil engineering and land development. He currently runs Macanson Construction, a custom carpentry business. We often team up to provide clients a unique experience combining both our passions and skill sets. We have two children who love stopping in for treats at my open houses or helping put out signs on a busy weekend.
