We recently hosted an engaging Lunch and Learn for our Independent Living Patio home residents with Matt Hall, owner of Clean Eatz. Our residents enjoyed eating lunch while learning how nutritious eating fuels the body, boosts daily energy, and improves overall wellness. Matt also highlighted their convenient, macro-balanced meal service and restaurant, that makes healthy eating simple and stress-free for an active lifestyle. We are so grateful to Matt for stopping by and inspiring our community to prioritize vibrant health!

Our Summer Soirée was an evening of elegance and fine dining! 🌅✨ Residents dressed in their summer best and enjoyed a transformed setting reminiscent of an upscale beach resort, all while soaking in the soothing sounds of Zach Palma’s piano performance. Independent Living and Pato Home Residents came together for a wonderful outing to the Young Hearts Théâtre which presented "Celebrate America". The outing was especially meaningful as the community came together to support one of our Patio Home residents, Irene Learner, who took the stage as a talented actress in the performance. The vibrant performance filled the afternoon with patriotic sprit, music, pride, and joy, bringing everyone closer together as a community.

Our latest Breakfast & Brew Social for our Independent Living residents was a delicious success. Our DFS crafted personalized, made-to-order omelets for each of our residents. After serving, our DFS pulled up a chair and enjoyed breakfast together, filling the room with warm conversation and full hearts. Moments like these remind us that serving caring, delicious food isn't just about nutrition-it is the ultimate way to nourish our souls and bring our closeknit community together.

Our residents showcased their creativity once again during this month's Paint n’ Sip! 🌊 To celebrate the upcoming summer, we enjoyed lively beachy steel drum melodies while painting whimsical sea turtles gliding through kelp. 🐢✨ Join us in honoring their talents and joyful spirits! 🎨

Celebrating the power of dreams at our 'Live A Dream' Happy Hour! ✨ We recently held a special ‘Live A Dream’ Happy Hour to celebrate Trilogy Health Services’ amazing Live a Dream program, which offers our seniors chances to enjoy activities that they used to do more often or maybe never got the opportunity to do in the first place. During the Happy Hour, residents filled out special cards to share their dreams with us and this August we will pick one of those dreams to fulfill! We also presented Suzanne O with some new plants to plant in her late husband’s “CJ’s Live a Dream Garden”, located in our Assisted Living courtyard. We then finished things off with the ✨HUGE ✨surprise announcement that Louise C.’s dream of “going to watch airplanes take off and land” will be fulfilled this month in the form of lunch for her and a friend at the French bistro Les Relais, located on at historic Bowman Airfield, where they will watch planes while they dine! ✈️🥖
