Asking questions throughout the sessions will help the players to see the problem and find the solution more clearly.

Coach Parsa in this clip is allowing our players to think about what is challenging them the most in this drill, to then come up with the solutions after.

We instill asking questions to our players as that is the only way you’ll learn from it which = to your growth ✅

It takes a lot of time and effort for players to truly get a hold of their thoughts and emotions especially in their pre-adolescence - teenage phases!

Here is a clip of coach Parsa coaching and mentoring one of our players to get a better control of his thoughts and attitude when feeling tired and less locked in.
