You’ll need:
1 cup crushed graham crackers
¼ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
6 tablespoons salted butter, melted
1 (8.8-ounce) package Lidl Preferred Selection mascarpone cheese
¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
3 limes, divided and prepared as 1 tbsp zest, ¼ cup juice and 1 lime, cut into wedges
1 (13-ounce) can original whipped topping

Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine graham crackers, brown sugar, cinnamon and melted butter. Divide mixture evenly between 6 mason jars or plastic containers and lightly press to make a bottom layer of crust.
2. In a medium bowl, combine mascarpone, sweetened condensed milk, 1 tablespoon of lime zest and ¼ cup of lime juice. Mix well.
3. Divide mascarpone mixture between jars or containers. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes or until ready to serve.
4. When ready to serve, top each no-bake pie with whipped topping and a lime wedge.

Looking for a last-minute Easter Sunday recipe? Try this rosemary citrus glazed ham. 🍋 🍊 Juicy and tender with hints of sweetness and acidity, it’s a no-fuss stunner that only takes 10 minutes of prep. Recipe 👇.

You’ll need:
1 spiral ham
¾ cup Lidl Preferred Selection apricot fruit spread
1 orange, zested and juiced
1 lemon, zested and juiced
¼ cup Lidl Preferred Selection Dijon mustard
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. minced fresh rosemary

Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 325°F. Place ham cut side down in a large baking dish.
2) In a small saucepan, combine remaining ingredients and cook over medium-low heat, stirring often, until brown sugar is dissolved.
3) Brush half the glaze mixture over the ham and cover with foil.
4) Bake 25 minutes.
5) Uncover ham and brush the remaining glaze over ham. Bake for an additional 20-30 minutes.
6) Let ham cool for 10-15 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish and pour melted glaze from baking pan over ham.

Dyeing eggs is an Easter tradition, but these beauties are anything but traditional. Why? They’re dipped in DIY natural dyes! 🐣 Make your own by following the steps below.

First, here’s the color glossary:
🟠 = yellow onion skins
🔴 = beets
🔵 = blueberries or red cabbage
🟡 = ground turmeric
🟣= red onion skins
🟤= tea bags or ground cayenne

For every cup of water, use 2 tbsp. white vinegar and 1 cup of produce or 2 tbsp. ground spices.

In a medium pot, combine water and white vinegar. Bring to a boil, then add ingredients of your desired color. Lower the heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

Turn off heat and let cool. Strain dye with a fine mesh sieve. Add the eggs to the dye and soak for at least 30 minutes, depending on how deep you want the shade to be. Once complete, remove the eggs with tongs and pat dry with paper towels.
