More than 700 students joined us, alongside 200+ volunteers and community partners, for a hands-on day of STEM exploration. Pratt & Whitney is ramping up F135 production.
With a $3.8B contract modification for lots 18–19 (bringing the total to $6.6B) we’re accelerating engine deliveries to meet growing demand from U.S. and international F-35 operators.
Thanks to more than $1B invested over the past five years to modernize F135 operations, production is up 20% over previous contract rates, helping us deliver engines to power all three F-35 variants worldwide.
