⭐ Goal Setting for Artists
From @aprilhopkins.art @april.may.juin

This week I am setting aside time to set some tangible art goals for 2022. These are my go-to tools:

1. The Artist's Year of Growth by @emily_jeffords - This is a great workbook, written by an artist who has a 7-figure fine art business (holy s**t, right??) It is available as a digital download on her website. Emily does a great job with quantitative goals as well as the "softer" goals (as in, how do you want to FEEL every day as an artist?) Great for big-picture yearly goals.

2. The Maker's Yearbook by @makersbusinesstoolkit - This is a planner, so it helps with the nitty-gritty of day-to-day tasks. There is a substantial workbook in the beginning to help set some tangible business goals, and it is more granular than the Artist's Year of Growth. It leans a bit more towards the crafter than the artist. This is my 3rd year using it and it is fun to look back on past years and see how far I've come!

There is some overlap between these workbooks, but I find they work for me in different ways.

Are you also in goal-setting mode? What tools do you use?
