We can accommodate 2 people up to 300 people for any event you deem appropriate. Block Parties, Tailgating Parties, Weddings, Deer Camp, Christmas Parties, New Years Parties, Corporate Functions, Fund Raisers, Family Dinners, or a private dinner at your home with that special someone...we will cook for any event requested. Licensed and insured. We offer an extensive menu of authentic Cajun dishes passed down from generation to generation to choose from insuring your complete satisfaction.
Hello!
It has been too long since my last post but what year, huh? 2024 has proven both exciting and painful.
As you may have suspected we will not be at Oktoberfest this year.
I hope y'all enjoyed the extended summer as fall is now upon us.
Sadly, I will not be cooking again anytime soon. With a current nerve/back injury cooking Jambalaya is no longer within my physical capabilities. We will see what the future bring but recovery and regular adulting takes priority.
I hold the great memories I've had with my customers and events in my heart and I'm so thankful for that experience.

Jambalaya give away!!
First, thank you to all those who came out to Oktoberfest!! It was a great day. Me and the Darboy Kiwanis made gallons of jambalaya. Thank for your support.
