This is it for asparagus, my friends. If you haven't gotten your fill yet, now is the time!

We have several private events this week so we won't be attending the Greenville Farmers Market. We'll be back on the 24th with a brand new menu

Don't forget that you can enjoy our food six days a week at the Trout Museum of Art. The new Crispy Potato Tartine with leeks and cheddar cheese aioli is a hit!

Friday we're back at Wolf and Fox Winery. Expect that menu on Wednesday. We are really excited about what we're serving and cannot wait to feed you!

🍴New Menu Item Alert!!

The Crispy Potato Tartine got a new set today. They're now topped with Dill Sour Cream, Cheddar Cheese Aioli, Pickled Mustard Seeds, and Crispy Leeks. Inspired by the flavors of a twice baked potato, this is sure to cure any of your cravings!

We're going to keep the menu for tomorrow's Greenville Farmers Market. Don't despair! There's an abundance of flavor for everyone

By 9:30pm last Thursday, when I had time for the farm order (deadline is 10pm!), all that was left were squashes. Expect them to be on all of the menus this week!

Speaking of menus, not one is finished. You'll be just as surprised as I am by what items will be available

For those who've been wanting to taste the current Mushroom Melt and Crispy Potato Tartine at the know that they're changing at the end of this week! Available tomorrow at 10am along with the rest of the menu!

Catch us in Greenville on Wednesday from 3pm-6pm and then at on Friday starting at 3pm and until sold out

IT'S FARMERS MARKET SEASON!!

I wait all year for these months. Bring on all of the seasonal veggies

Catch us in Greenville on Wednesdays from 3pm-6pm. Located behind the village hall, you're guaranteed to find good eats, people, tunes, and me, cooking on a charcoal grill

This menu will be different weekly so if there's an item you're interested in chances are it won't be around the following week!

So. Much. Green!

Here we go with all of the spring produce. New this week are chard and green garlic. They and everything else will be making their ways across all of the menus during the season

The only public event you'll find us at this week is on Wednesday at the Sustain Greenville Wisconsin. That menu will be posted tomorrow. Starts at 3pm and runs until 6pm!

Make sure to grab a bite to eat at the . They'll be open at 10am on Tuesday for your food and bev needs!
