We get a lot of calls regarding airstreams! I am tired of disappointing people on these calls! So let’s talk about it!⁣
⁣
Airstreams are absolutely stunning. By far my favorite in terms of beauty! ⁣
⁣
My calls tend to shock many airstream owners! This tells me that they didn’t do their research. However I am also happy to have these calls bc I’d hate for you to buy a lump of rusty, fully gutted airstream and you can’t find someone affordable to build it for you. ⁣

An airstream gut job, full breakdown will always cost more then what you paid for the airstream. As beautiful as they are, they are hands down difficult, time consuming and many times it requires you having to be creative. Also replacement parts are/can be difficult to find. ⁣

My advice when it comes to airstreams is to only invest in an airstream if your pockets are deep enough, if you are a DIYer who is willing to take on the project, buy one that needs minimal work and only a facelift, buy brand new bc the cost ends up being the same for an old one to be remodeled. ⁣

The perk of it being remodeled is that it’s specifically what you wanted. I think I’ve talked more people out of getting one not bc it’s something we wouldn’t do but mainly bc the cost was too much! My best advice is to figure out your budget. Something older, fully gutted and will cost more to renovate⁣.

When clients reach out regarding a van build, we get two types of wants. It’s either garage style or dinette style. There are other types but these are definitely the top two request! We get asked a lot which one is our preference. We’ll do story on this topic later today… check it out later this evening!

Everything you need is here. Propane for the stove and hot water heater for the sink. Beneath is enough space to fit stuff for a long weekend! ⁣

Who isn’t a fan of having a shower inside a ? Some argue that it takes up a lot of space. This is true. Some say that where they camp, there are always nearby showers. Great! Everyone’s preference is just that, your preference! If you are debating whether your build should or shouldn’t include it, write down a list of the pros and cons. If you can deal with an out door shower, go for it! However if you plan to be camping in the winter where snow is a factor, perhaps indoor shower is the best! If you are never at a campsite and would rather have this convenience… awesome! So…. What are your pros and cons?

If I ever get a chance in life to work from home in my home on wheels… this what I want! Working with a view is everything!

Why did we created two sink covers versus one? This kitchen space is a cute size and incase someone needed more prep space, you can leave one cover on while keeping one available for the sink! Simple, practical and looking pretty helps too.

Meet Nani. She’s a 2016 Fore’s River Hemisphere 24RKHL travel trailer. Nani means pretty in Hawaiian. She is a pretty little travel trailer. We absolutely loved the size of this! We had a blast personalizing this to our client’s full time needs! @ Yosemite National Park

it’s been a long time since we have introduced ourselves! we are Jen and Joe Pavsek. we have been together for 8 years and a little over 6 years married! we have a Shiba Inu who is 13 years old and we live in Apple Valley, CA. we met in 2012 when a gf and I went to Hawaii for the holidays. a couple months later I said yes to moving to Hawaii! i mean... how could i not?!⁣⁣⁣
