Merry Christmas to all from us at Health Check. We want to thank you for a wonderful year. It's been an awesome ride and we are looking forward to next year. We will be closed until January 5th for a bit of R and R. With that said for the folks who reached out about donating your blankets etc we will do it again when we return January 5th. If you missed donating today, remember you'll have another opportunity tomorrow. Donate your gently used or new blankets/comforters or socks to the shop and we will deliver them to a shelter. We're opened from 10-3.

In the spirit of giving this Wednesday & Thursday bring your gently used or new BLANKETS/COMFORTERS or SOCKS to the shop and we will hand deliver them to shelters and people in need. In return enjoy a complimentary health check loose leaf tea.

Hello all, some of you may know we opened our store smack in the middle of the pandemic and have been blessed enough to have dodged COVID. Except for this week 😞. While we feel great it's best that we close the shop temporarily until this passes.

We don't put anything extra in our smoothies, juice or bowls (unless you ask). That means, no ice, water, syrups or artificial sweeteners. However we do offer three natural sweetener options in case you like things a little bit sweeter; honey, agave or dates will do the trick.
