The customer service was the worst ever. Never ever have I been to a store where the two chatty cashiers were too busy trying and ringing up themselves instead of helping actual customers. In addition to non professional attitudes I was yelled at my the cashier named nuri for asking a question about their membership discounts. Been to faceshop store since opening but never had such rude customer service. I’ll probably never go back

We do not sell medical masks, including surgical and N95 respirators, as this is needed for health care workers. TFS has reusable fabric face masks and 10 refills available at both locations.
