THE MEANING BEHIND THE NAME FAITH RXD
The term “RXD” is pulled from medicine and applied to functional fitness to also mean following a set protocol “as prescribed.” A coach programs a workout with desired movements, ranges of motion, weights, sets and reps. The athlete either accomplishes the work as prescribed (RXD) or must scale/modify to accommodate lesser ability or readiness to do the work.

Obedience > Outcome
Trust in God 🙏
“God is often more interested in your obedience than your outcome.”
Because the outcome was never yours to control—it belongs to God.
We spend so much of our lives chasing results.
A faster time.
A heavier lift.
A promotion.
A healed relationship.
A prayer answered exactly the way we hoped.
But throughout Scripture, God consistently calls His people to something deeper than success: faithfulness.
Noah built before it rained.
Abraham left before he knew where he was going.
Peter stepped out of the boat before he knew if the water would hold him.
Obedience has always required trust.
The world tells us our value is found in the outcome. God reminds us that our worship is revealed in our willingness to follow Him, even when we can’t see the finish line.
Our responsibility is to be faithful. The results, the timing, the victories, and even the setbacks are in His hands.
So show up today.
Open His Word.
Pray.
Love your neighbor.
Do the next right thing God has put in front of you.
And trust the God who is writing the story far better than you ever could.

Personal perspective on today’s Verse of the Day from the YouVersion Bible App - John 15:1-17 is the scripture we are studying as I am here in Belize on a youth group mission trip. All week we have been serving and learning.
Today our lesson focus is on “Overflowing cup- God to you to others”. This verse devotional video speaks exactly to this! 🙏
Jesus’ love is not just TO you, it flows THROUGH you 💗 Be a funnel, not a cup!
Jesus is the vine, we are the branches. Branches make fruit not to consume but to share. Share His love and blessings.
I love when we receive such direct confirmation from our LORD!
Be blessed my brothers and sisters in Christ! Let His wonderful agape love transform you and flow through you!
