Grateful for all the support this past weekend!! Thank you to everyone that helped make a difference for local veterans. More to come but wanted to share some initial pictures.

Anyone looking to get out and ride for a great cause come out and join us!!!

BIG Poker Run is tomorrow.

We are making all the last minute preparations. Every stop tomorrow will impact a veteran… how?… you will want to be there.

This will be a group ride with food provided at each stop as well as raffles at the end. But, it’s more than what you get out of it. It’s about showing our support for veterans in our community and making a difference to the men and women standing by us.

Get Some!! Community Involvement and impact within the veteran community. That is what this day is about. We are carrying on the tradition and merging families. When taking over this ride, we promised to keep it going but we knew we needed to also do it our way. What better way to do that, partnering with local veteran organizations and supporting veterans in our very own communities. More to come… but don’t just hear about it… be there to be part of it and see it for yourself.

Food will be provided at registration and along the route.

Just a few weeks out. There have been a couple changes over the last couple years but the heart, soul and purpose remains very much intact. Building off what was the vision and talents of Mike and Lois McAllister, and all who have been involved, let’s make this year a special event. Mike and Lois who are both still committed to supporting this event and our veterans look forward to seeing all of you.

Keeping it to all stops being American Legions - every aspect of this ride supports our local veterans.

Calling all sponsors and volunteers. We are nearing the day for the 2024 B.I.G ride. 24 August is the day! Promotional posters and riders cards are right around the corner. Let us know if you would like to provide sponsorship and volunteering

Haven’t decided where to ride yet this weekend - ride on out to Napoleon Harley-Davidson and support Foundation 14 in Ohio as they work to get another combat veteran riding.

Also, mark August 24 on the calendar for this year’s BIG Poker Run.

We are also looking for veterans in need in our very own community. If you know of a veteran who could use support let us know.

Foundation 14 is off to another strong start to another year of getting vets riding. We have been a little quiet in Angola as we put details together for another BIG event.
