Blaine Smith for Angleton City Council
Angleton City Councilman, Position 4
Earlier this year, I sought to serve my community further by running for Angleton City Council. I knocked doors, met a lot of wonderful people that make this community what it is. The support was more than I could ever ask for. I’ve learned a lot about what this community means to them and what their needs are.
Even though I’ve come up short before at this venture, I am not letting that stop me from serving further the community that is my hometown.
I am running for Angleton City Council Position 4
In the upcoming May 2025 election.
I love our hometown. I love the sense of community that is prevalent here. I want to preserve that while we work to prepare for the future. I know Our current council is devoted to being fiscally responsible while doing the necessary improvements our city needs, and I want to continue that relentless effort to deliver on those goals.
I certainly would appreciate your support and vote!
Help spread the word!

On this day, we remember the brave men and women who fought until their last breath for our country. We will never forget our heroes!

After knocking over 1,000 doors, the consensus is clear: Our neighbors want the growth to be brought under control; they want roads in the center of town to be driveable; they want our first responders to be the best in the county; and most of all, they want their voices to be heard.
So do I. And together, with your renewed support in the upcoming local runoff, we will accomplish all of this and more.
