We are proud and supportive of J & A Farm great family and great products! Congrats to your farmstead!!!
In the past year our farmstead has grown and we have learned SO much. We recently raised meat chickens and just harvested 30 birds to add to the freezer!
Farmer J built a chicken tractor for them to live happily during their stay here and he mixed up a healthy, antibiotic-free feed to ensure that they had the best food so that we could too.
Processing, carving, and bagging each one was definitely a learning experience that I credit butchers and our grandparents generation for because it was a tough job that many no longer know how to do. But it is a great feeling knowing we did this ourselves and we now know the quality of our product. Also we know that we won't go hungry anytime soon! 😆
