I can’t express my gratitude and thankfulness for each and everyone of you. To God be the glory in our wins and our losses! Congratulations to Rick Gardner on his successful campaign! I wish you the best of luck in the fall!

We did everything we could! We pushed for a fresh perspective and we didn’t pull through but that’s ok! Gods working through it all! We have opened so many new doors and have created so many new relationships! It has truly been a blessing through this campaign.

Thank you to my wife Lilly Ratzlaff Norrick for sacrificing so much time away from me and all the hardwork she put in for me. My family for their love and support day in and day out.

I want to give a special shoutout to my running mate Lisa Wittkamper Rinker . You are a trooper and an incredible person and it was incredible working with you throughout this campaign cycle! You came so close! I wouldnt have wanted to do this with anyone else! So thank you for the friendship that has web fostered! I’ll see you at the 4-H fairgrounds!

Ken Kocinski I just want to give a shoutout to for all the hard work you put in. You deserve this victory!

If we opened the new jail today, it would already be 92% full. That’s why Devin supports Sheriff Beeman’s vision to upsize the new jail to 526 classifiable beds. This will minimize lawsuits while giving us more cells to hold more inmates, sadly, as crime and drugs continue to seep into our communities.

More inflation is forecast for 2024 and construction costs are expected to increase. Madison County has collected record levels of revenue from taxpayers. We should invest a large chunk of that into the new jail to lower the burden on taxpayers who have already felt the effects of a pandemic and higher taxes.

Madison County, make a plan to vote on or before May 7th.
