Yay Cookies

Welcome, everyone! This is where I make the yummy cookies! Yay! I’m trying out all kinds of new cookie recipes, and having fun exploring tasty treats. Cookies are an infinite source of creativity, and expression!

On the tasting table today, Banana Pudding Cookies! Crispy on the outside, soft and the inside, with Nilla Wafers and white chocolate chips. I’ll be giving away samples this week! These are going to be a favorite. Available for orders next week in two sizes.

Autumn just landed! Blueberry Softies and Carbibou coffee to welcome her back. I made up this amazing blueberry cookie recipe, and it’s the size of a cookie, but has the inside texture and sweetness of a scone. So delicious. I’ll be taking the rest to our family Easter gathering with Patsy tomorrow. Have a great weekend! I will announcing this week’s available flavors tomorrow!

I have decide to go full steam ahead with our Yay! Brand that we developed during C-19! Instead of an Ice Cream Cart, I will be transforming it into a Cottage Industry Bakery Cart! Hey, ya’ll! I have three great cookies planned for the upcoming week. April 18-24, the following flavors will be availabile via Curbside Pickup, Shipping, Free delivery within 5 miles of Anderson Mall, or text for delivery fee when you place your order.

Cookie Flavors O’ Week- $12 for Baker’s Dozen:

Banana Pudding White Chocolate
Marciano Cherry Chocolate Chip
Old Fashioned Chocolate Chip
Mixed Dozen with 4 of Each Flavor

For patrons who cannot eat cookies, I will be offering small, hand crafted versions of the Marciano Cherry Chocolate Chip and the Banana Pudding White Chocolate that will be coated in resin, hand touched up, and created into hanging ornaments or displayed on a small dessert plate as a feast for the eyes, any time of year!
