I didn't grow up dreaming about being a Realtor.

I grew up moving. Learning how to pack a life into boxes, settle into a new community, and figure out a new town from scratch. After 10+ moves, mostly across Alaska, I learned something the brochures never tell you.

Real estate isn't really about houses. It's about what comes next.

It's the kid starting a new school. The retired couple finally building the cabin. The family moving home to be closer to grandparents. The single mom buying her first place.

Every transaction has a story behind it. And every story deserves someone who sees it.

That's why I do what I do. And why service is the first word in our name.

Summer in Alaska means longer days, dryer roads, and a real estate market that's wide awake.

If you've been thinking about buying or selling this year, June is one of the best windows to make a move. Properties show their best in summer light. Road access opens up for rural showings. And out of state buyers are planning their viewing trips around the season.

But good timing doesn't mean rushed timing.

I help my clients move with intention, not pressure. Whether you're listing now or just exploring, let's talk about what makes sense for your timeline.

Ready to start the conversation? I'm a call away.

One of the smartest things a seller can do, BEFORE listing, is get a pre-listing inspection.

It helps you:
✔ Catch issues early
✔ Avoid surprises during negotiations
✔ Build trust with potential buyers

In a competitive market, preparation matters. And this is one way to stay a step ahead.

If you’re thinking about selling, I’m happy to help you decide if this makes sense for your situation.

In Alaska, buying a home comes with its own set of challenges, especially in rural areas or older homes.

Some common red flags I help buyers look out for:
🚩 Improper insulation or ventilation
🚩 Foundation settling from permafrost or freeze-thaw
🚩 DIY repairs that hide bigger issues

Knowing what’s normal, and what’s not, is part of what I bring to the table. You deserve to walk in with eyes wide open.

It’s one of the simplest things you can do, but it makes a big difference.

Clean windows let in more light.
More light makes your home feel warmer, bigger, and more inviting.

Especially this time of year in Alaska, when the light finally starts coming back, buyers notice.

If you’re thinking about selling this spring or summer, this is an easy place to start.

A growing family. A new job. A need for less stuff and more breathing room.

Life has a way of shifting, and sometimes your home doesn’t shift with it.

If your space is starting to feel off...too big, too cramped, too complicated. It might be time to realign where you live with how you live.

I’m here for those conversations too. Even if you’re not ready to move right now.

Service signs installs all my signs!
No one else in Anchorage has the quality and employees who are vetted to install my lockboxes.
Text photos of my signs if you see them on the highways. They are the 3x5’s you see everywhere!

We don’t just stick signs in the ground, we build them to last.

Every 4×8 and 3×5 commercial frame is hand-built, leveled, and secured for maximum impact (and zero wobble).

Whether it’s a new development, land listing, or commercial site — you deserve signage that stands tall and looks professional.

When the market gets competitive, a lot of people assume the highest offer always wins. That’s not always the case.

The structure of your offer (timing, terms, communication) can matter just as much as price. That’s where experience comes in. Knowing how to position your offer in a way that works for you can be the difference between getting the home… or missing it.

If you're thinking about buying, let’s make sure you’re set up to compete the right way.

You don’t need to know everything about real estate to sell your home well, but avoiding a few common mistakes can make a big difference.

Here are three I see more often than you'd think:
❌ Skipping the pre-listing prep
❌ Pricing emotionally, not strategically
❌ Not knowing your next step before you list

A good Realtor will help you dodge all three. Want to talk it through? I’m happy to help, even if you’re just starting to consider selling.

I talk to a lot of buyers who assume VA loans are complicated or limiting.

The truth? A lot of those assumptions aren’t accurate anymore.

VA loans can offer:
-Low (or no) down payment
-Competitive terms
-Flexible options for qualified buyers

Every situation is different, but if you’ve written this option off, it might be worth taking another look.

I’m always happy to connect you with a trusted local lender and help you understand what’s possible.
