Sweet Perfections

Was asked to do a big list of goodies the last week I’m here in Idaho!
3 loaves banana bread made, chocolate cakes frosted and in the freezer so I can cut into slices and wrap them for the freezer!
The best banana cake made, now need to frost it and also a funfetti cake

On the 4th day… Wedding day! Went to the venue and set up the cake and dessert tables. Amazing place for a wedding

3rd day was in the kitchen dipping and drizzling chocolate chip cookies and frosting all the cupcakes and also the two tier 3 layers ea. wedding cakes. Took about 8-1/2 hours I think

On the second day made chocolate chip cookies. Ended up making 16 batches to make 213 chocolate chip cookies that weighed 4 ounces each. Took me 15 hours to make the dough and then bake all of the cookies. They only had a regular bake oven so I could only bake six cookies at a time…

First day in the kitchen. Lost track of time that day. Made around 224 cupcakes.
