Extending the life of an existing deck. The old steps decayed and fell apart. Installed new stringers and reused existing treads.

A couple of before and after of a recent sliding glass door install. Customer is planning to do the sheetrock and painting on this one 👍.

Have started to get back at it lately. Recently installed this new LED chandelier. I also installed some missing trim in a bathroom and did additional electrical troubleshooting while there.

Major but budget friendly bathroom facelift. Demoed and replaced old tub surround, new light above tub, scrubbed and painted walls and ceiling, replaced window, and new floor.

I’ve been working on a home inspection repair list for a client lately. These photos show an installation of a new fire door to separate the garage from the rest of the house.

There are a number of other items being worked on including electrical gfci upgrades, new shower surround, new bathroom floor, and window egress corrections.

Recently installed new garage steps. The existing concrete step was too tall for the homeowner and guests. I wrapped some framing around the existing concrete and added a 2nd step to make it a much shallower climb.

Cleared gutters and installed gutter guards to keep them clear 👍

Ended up fabricating some corner caps for some old aluminum siding by using an existing piece as a pattern.

The railing system that I custom made when building our home a couple of years ago. Additional trim was added a little later.
