The heartbreak I felt in this moment still haunts me today. A few weeks ago this poor bird (I think it’s a stork of some kind...) flew up with fishing line around both of its legs. I approached with a knife and tried to cut the line but it would not let me and flew away defeated. 🤍 I hope you found help bird friend. Here’s some photos I captured. Enjoy! This is your reminder: Fish and all ocean wildlife depend on us to help and keep their home CLEAN. Please don’t litter and get your fishing line out of the water! 😭
