Scheduled a less than 48 hour trip to Disneyland that was almost ruined by the airline. Fortunately, we were able to salvage it and still get in our park day!

Peyton loves meeting characters. We took a quick trip a couple weeks ago and only had time to meet Mickey. But we are super excited for our next trip to meet more characters, including a brunch at Goofys Kitchen!!
The Howard Johnson Anaheim is one of the best hotels if you’re traveling with kids because of their water park! Plus, you can walk to Disney and not have to deal with shuttle busses or parking!
Honestly this week was a flop If I didnt commit myself to trying all the minis, none of these cookies would have caught my eye… and WHY do we even need the french toast one???
I do still love Mini Mondays though! I hope this is a long term thing!
