The perfect keto trio! 🤩🤩🤩

To make my keto cereal bars I used half a stick of salted butter and melted that with about 2/3 bag of marshmallows, the entire box of maple flavor and folded in about 1/3 cup pumpkin spice baking chips! All fun fall flavors and they were the perfect treat on Thanksgiving for me and my sugar free guest.

I’m not even joking when I say these freeze dried marshmallows are magically delicious! 🦄

I just received my order from yesterday and restocked on some of our household essentials (I’m obsessed with both the honey and cookie butter 🤤) but I also found something new! They had freeze dried marshmallows and I bought a small jar cause A.) I wasn’t sure how they’d be since I’ve never tried them and B.) I thought there’s noooo way anyone could eat that big of a jar…….

YALL! I should have got the big jar!!! These are seriously sooo so good and my brain is already going with ideas and different ways to use these tiny crunchy bits of happiness. They taste exactly like the tiny marshmallows in lucky charms.

I also grabbed a new jar of cookie butter and I looooove this stuff! It’s great on toast but my favorite way to use it is to pop a tablespoon or so in the microwave for about 10 seconds and pour over some low carb vanilla ice cream 😋⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
