If you’re anything like me, by this time in January it can feel pretty gloomy. Weather, temperatures, mood, all of it. The winter blues are a real thing. I’ve found that this SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) lamp is a super helpful strategy! 20-30 minutes a day while I’m on my computer offers a great boost. Not quite the same as☀️ but still helpful!
