The NFJC of WNY, Inc. has nearly a sixty year tradition of working with schools, businesses, organizations and faith centers to confront racism, bias, and discrimination of all forms. Through our outreach programs, events, workshops, and retreats we seek to provide participants with the tools they need to build an inclusive community. This allows us to touch the hearts and minds of thousands annually within our community!

NFJC was honored to join community leaders, partners, and friends in celebrating Dr. Durand and her years of service.
Throughout her tenure, she consistently welcomed community voices and fostered meaningful partnerships that strengthened connections across our region. We are grateful for her leadership and wish her every success in this next chapter.
The evening also offered a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with longtime friends and colleagues, including former NFJC leadership, while celebrating the power of relationships that continue to strengthen our community.
