A new year, and a new goal. As always I am available for any type of gathering. This year I will be writing at least 100 recipes that are healthy for you and your family. A lot of these recipes will be inspired by my wife Kari. I also want to be able to prepare a weeks worth of healthy meals for your family. Ready to heat and serve. So Kari Wright made some awesome hummus today. I think I may just have to add it to my arsenal of awesome dishes!

I thought this was a cool fact! It takes just 40 days for most Americans to earn enough money to pay for their food supply for the entire year. In comparison with the 129 days it takes the average American to earn enough money to pay federal, state and local taxes for the year.

Wow 50 likes in 24 hours not too bad. But I know I can do better. Help me help everybody else by getting my name out there and getting rid of those ridiculous prices all of the big name caterers charge. I guarantee I can prepare better food at better prices.

Crab Cake, I can tell you that Mango and red pepper are in it, but other than that you have to try one to guess what else is in it. All of the pictures on this page are actual pictures of food I have prepared.

Trying to work on getting this page up and going. For those of you who don't know, I've been in the food industry for over 10 years. I started from the bottom and worked my way up. I've worked in chain establishments, mom and pop diners, fine dining, and corporate dining. I've decided to venture out and do some catering. I will be working on a website in the very near future, but if you have any questions feel free to ask.
