Minnie and Sophie just got groomed! Sophie’s first time being shaved. I can see her black spots and the black heart on her.

Got to see my sweet Mom yesterday for the first time in person after 14 months of isolation. Sat in her room for 2 hours and talked and cried tears of joy. It was so great to be able to hug her.

Went to play Foosball. It was fun but one of the men’s feet were broken and you only got 6 ball for a buck. I miss Tommy’s and Joe’s tables. It was still fun to play.

Best pork-chops ever. My own recipe. Cooked with onions low and slow with a baked potato. You brown the chops remove them to a pan. Then put the sliced onions in the pan you browned the chops in and we’ll if you want the recipe message me or comment!

My neighbors dogs sit on their roof. Look close 3 of them up there one’s a big German Shepherd!! Funniest thing I have ever seen. Don’t worry they are all safe. I asked permission to take the photo.

Fresh black-eyed peas I put up this summer with a ham hock and homemade cornbread!! I think this is the best batch I have cooked. May it bring a great New Year to everyone.

My beautiful Mom turned 90 December 22. I got to see her through her window at the nursing home. So wished I could have hugged and gave her a kiss. I hope soon I will be able to go inside. She looks happy but she’s also battling dementia. She still remembers me but doesn’t understand this China Virus. Happy 90th birthday Mom. I love you so much! Your the best Mom ever 😘🥰!
