Our sister Shellie Lee passed away a few years ago and we wanted to honor her memory by starting Shellie Rae's Catering.
My sister, Shellie, loved food and so we want to spread the love through food to our customers. Shellie passed away from complications from a hereditary disease, Alpha 1 Antitrypsin. A portion of our profits will go to the Alpha 1 foundation to help fund research for this disease.
