Great article on Vitamin K.... Did you give your babies Vitamin K at birth?? Were you ever asked? Do you even know if they received it? Informed consent is the goal here!

Have you gotten your Fall copy of Babyourself Magazine yet? That's my daughter and myself on the cover!!! :)
How often do you get to do anything for yourself? A massage, pedicure, or a facial maybe? I personally feel guilty taking the time or money out to do these things for myself, even though I know I need and deserve them! How do you feel?
