Street Corn Dip RC: @richardeats_ 3 bricks cream cheese 3 cans southwestern corn 1 tbsp garlic 1/2 cup sour cream Juice of one lime Whole bundle of chopped cilantro 16 oz Pepper Jack Tajin too taste Cotija cheese to top Crockpot: Same steps, crockpot 2.5-3hrs on low stirring frequently Smoked: Combine everything in grill safe pan, smoke 2-2.5hrs at 225 degrees stirring halfway Oven: place all in pan, 350* for 30 mins stirring halfway Top with hot chipotle seasoning and cotija (or feta) cheese and garnish with cilantro serve hot #streetcorndip #easyrecipe #holmescooking
