Diamond Tari - Correct

🇺🇸 Happy 4th of July from all of us at Secret Hills Ranch! 🇺🇸

Today, we’re grateful for the freedoms we enjoy, the incredible people who support our program, and the horses that make this journey so rewarding.

Wishing everyone a safe, happy, and memorable Independence Day. God Bless America! #❤️🤍💙

As we wrap up another breeding season at Secret Hills Ranch, we want to take a moment to sincerely thank all of our mare owners, breeders, veterinarians, and friends who entrusted us with their breeding programs this year.

Today marks our final official collection day of the 2026 breeding season for SHR QTs DiamondCutter, Diamond Tari, and The Sweet Spot (frozen only for TSS). We are incredibly grateful for the continued support these exceptional stallions receive year after year and for the wonderful relationships we’ve built with breeders across the country and around the world.

Watching your breeding plans come together, celebrating pregnancies, welcoming new foals, and seeing generations of Secret Hills Ranch horses continue to excel is truly the most rewarding part of what we do.

While today is our last scheduled collection day of the season, please remember that Secret Hills Ranch remains available year-round. We are happy to accommodate collections and frozen semen shipments outside of the traditional breeding season with advance planning and mutual scheduling whenever possible.

NOTE: Our family is out of town July 8-18, so no collections during those days can be fulfilled…

Thank you for making another successful season possible. We appreciate every mare owner who chose one of our stallions, every veterinarian who worked alongside us, and every family who trusted us to be part of their program.

From all of us at Secret Hills Ranch—and from SHR QTs DiamondCutter, Diamond Tari, and The Sweet Spot—thank you for an incredible season. We look forward to celebrating your 2027 foals and future successes!

As the sun sets on our 2026 breeding season, we’re feeling incredibly grateful.

Our final 4 final official collection days will be:
June 22, June 24, June 26, and June 29

After that, we will be transitioning out of the regular season schedule. Collections can still be arranged post-season with mutual planning and advance coordination.

Please note: we will be out of town on a family vacation July 8–18, and no collections will be available during that time.

This photo—taken with Cutter trotting toward the camera in the evening light—felt like the perfect reflection of this moment in time. The season has been full of growth, success, and so many foals we are truly proud of. We are deeply thankful to every customer who trusted us this year, supported our program, and helped make the 2026 season what it has been.

A special thank you from all of us at Secret Hills Ranch. We don’t take a single shipment, foal, or mare entrusted to us for granted.

We’re looking forward to what comes next.

We wanted to take a moment to wish the very best of luck to our incredible trainer, Kaity Sotomayor, her husband Matt Sotomayor, and the horses carrying the Secret Hills Ranch name into the pen at the APHA World Championships.

Good luck to SHR Sotally Tober “Flo,” SHR Cookie Cutter “Arya,” and SHROhThePossibilities “Classy,” and lastly, SHR Electric Smoke “Ellie” owned by the Sotomayor’s. These girls have worked hard, and we couldn’t be more proud to watch their journeys continue under Kaity’s guidance.

And to any other SHR-bred horses, SHR babies, or offspring of SHR QTs DiamondCutter, Diamond Tari, and The Sweet Spot that may be heading to this show—we wish you the very best of luck as well. Whether you’re chasing a World Championship, stepping into the pen for the first time, or simply enjoying the journey, we’re proud to see our horses and bloodlines represented by so many talented exhibitors and families.

Kaity and Matt, thank you for everything you do—not only for our horses, but for our family, our clients, and our program. Your dedication, long hours, patience, and commitment to bringing out the best in every horse never go unnoticed. We are grateful to have you as part of the Secret Hills Ranch team and even more grateful to call you friends.

Safe travels, good rides, and most importantly, enjoy every moment. We’ll be cheering for all of you and can’t wait to see what this team accomplishes.

Good luck, Flo, Arya, Classy, Ellie, Kaity, and Matt—we are proud of every one of you. ❤️

When it comes to shipping semen, every detail matters.

That’s why every Equitainer we send out is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between shipments using 99.9% alcohol to help prevent cross-contamination and ensure each container arrives clean and ready for use. Biosecurity isn’t something we take lightly—it’s part of our commitment to providing the highest quality service possible.

We also continue to choose Equitainers over the cardboard shipping systems that have become increasingly common throughout the industry. While cardboard boxes may be convenient, Equitainers have a long-standing reputation for superior temperature stability and protection during transit. Their insulated design helps maintain a more consistent environment for the shipment, giving semen the best possible chance to arrive in optimal condition.

For us, it’s about more than simply getting a package from Point A to Point B. It’s about protecting the quality of every shipment, maximizing viability upon arrival, and giving breeders the confidence that their investment is being handled with the care it deserves.

Clean. Reliable. Proven.

Look at this stunning filly out of Grannychopper born all the way in Germany sired by Diamond Tari!!!! Congratulations Rolf & Monika Peterka Reining Horses!!

Diamond Tari is an incredible son of the legendary stallion, Like A Diamond. He is out of a daughter of the dynamic stallion, Taris Catalyst. “Tari” had an outstanding NRHA show career earning $17,466.09. He is the only Tobiano to make the NRHA Level 4 Open Futurity finals with Dell Hendricks aboard! His talent, good mind and gentle nature led him to a wonderful home on the West Coast where he was loved and shown by the entire family. He caught our eye here at SHR many years ago and we are very grateful to finally be the proud owners of Tari. We are extremely excited to be offering Tari at stud to the public. We cannot wait to get some great foals on the ground by Tari and share his great conformation, disposition and talent far and wide!
