We’ve hydro-seeded and stabilized all the lots, so the site’s now protected and looking a LOT closer to finished ground instead of raw dirt.
Big milestone on Lot 15 too — driveway and DOT access are in off South Fair Play Street 🙌
Most of the heavy site work is behind us, utilities are in, and access is set. Now we shift into the next phase: monuments, lot pinning, and getting everything ready for vertical builds.
