The moment I stopped chasing “hard” workouts and started choosing repeatable ones, everything changed.
Sustainable habits don’t burn you out.
They build you up.
This is what movement looks like when it actually lasts.
You don’t have to love water. You just need to stop making it complicated 🤷🏾♀️ I simplify the stuff people dread so it actually gets done. Less pressure. More progress 💫

✨ I did NOT get weight loss surgery.
I did NOT take injections.
I lost 70 lbs in a year on my self-built program 💪🏾
Before anyone starts with the “easy way out” talk and how I didn’t choose that, let me say this.
Good for those who did ANY of those methods. Ain’t nobody got time for what I did 😂
Because the truth is simple.
Who cares how you lost the weight as long as you did it.
Every body. Every journey. Every choice is valid.
You shop Amazon instead of brick and mortar.
You use Instacart and Uber Eats instead of grocery shopping.
Accessibility isn’t cheating. It’s choosing what works for your life.
What actually matters is the question no one talks about after the weight is gone:

Today’s little win 💫
Finally made it to .pa and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The Muscle Beach bowl was everything.
Good food, good energy, and that reminder that taking care of yourself doesn’t have to be complicated. This is the kind of fuel that keeps me moving through my day feeling balanced 🍌🥥🌴

While in Quakertown earlier 🏋🏾♀️ of course I had to hit up 💪🏾 That’s what I love, they’re everywhere 🤸🏾♀️
Dancing on the treadmill definitely got me some laughs (at me 😮💨😂), but I twirled anyway 🤷🏾♀️ Bet I burned double what the girls were holding on for dear life trying to “climb” their treadmill as if it were Mt. Kilimanjaro 🧗♀️ on incline 3619 ‼️ with ropes tied to their waists 😂
Fun fact: Holding onto the treadmill while it’s on an incline is wild… Do you grab onto something when you walk up a hill? Hug a tree, maybe? 😂 No? Then lower that number or take a note from Frozen and let it go 🤗🥶❄️🚶🏾♀️
