Another complete bathroom transformation. This project came in with a very outdated shower, just a concrete slab and the showerhead, something that had been there for years and was really worn down. We demolished everything completely, and since the client wanted a bathtub, we had to move and extend the wall seven inches to get the space we needed.

After that, we framed everything with proper protection, installed the tub, and ran new wiring for the lights. We also prepared the base for the shower area and fixtures. We installed all new plumbing, including the drain and the water line to the sink. We put in a new door, built up the wall, applied paint and texture, installed the floor and baseboard, and set the toilet with all new plumbing.

To finish it off, we installed lighting and a mirror. The result, a client who was completely satisfied with their new bathroom. At SC Construction, we transform your space, contact us for your next project.

Complete bathroom renovation, from start to finish. For this project, we started from scratch: we demolished the entire existing bathroom and began with hardy backer installation on the walls after properly framing it out. We applied waterproofing to protect the walls, followed by tile installation. Then we moved on to the floor: we poured cement with the correct slope to ensure proper drainage, and once it dried, we applied waterproofing there as well before installing the floor tile and the backsplash along the lower part of the walls.

The client also asked us to add a niche, so we built and installed it along with the shower handles and showerhead. To finish, we installed the toilet, the vanity sink, a mirror, and the lighting.

A complete transformation project, and the result left our client fully satisfied. At SC Construction, we bring your remodeling project to life, contact us for your next project. 505-524-40-33

Sometimes a small leak can turn into a major headache. For this project, Chase Bank reached out to us about a water leak in the lobby area. When we arrived, we removed the ceiling tile to inspect the area and trace the moisture back to its source. We found that the leak was caused by a previous repair on a pipe that had developed a small crack. We cleaned the area, applied a specialized sealing resin, and made sure everything was properly sealed. After several days and some rain, we followed up with the client to confirm everything was holding up. We’re happy to say the repair was a success and the leak was fully resolved. At S&C Construction, we believe that even the smallest repairs deserve the highest level of attention and quality. We take pride in providing lasting solutions and following up to ensure every job is done right. 💧🏠🔧 Thank you, Chase Bank, for trusting S&C Construction with your project!

We were hired to troubleshoot and replace several non-working lights in a jewelry store. Before replacing anything, we carefully checked the electrical system to make sure the voltage and power supply were correct. During our inspection, we found that a neutral wire under the display cases had been connected incorrectly. After identifying the issue, we corrected the wiring and got everything up to code. Once everything was properly set, we installed new lights in all of the display cases. The store managers were very pleased with our work and mentioned they’d like us to return in the future to replace the rest of the jewelry store lighting. At S&C Construction, we believe in fixing the root problem, not just replacing parts. Quality work and customer satisfaction always come first.

A few days ago, we had the pleasure of remodeling an interior wall for Mrs. Silvia and her family🏠. We built two custom niches, one for the TV and another for a floating fireplace 🔥, which gave the space a modern and elegant touch ✨. The project was completed in just three days, and we are so happy they loved the result 😊. Thank you, Mrs. Silvia and family, for your trust.

Two more jobs, thank God, complete remodeling, another satisfied customer👍
