⚠️Updates on some new happenings within Albuquerque Punk Safety Initiative.

Our collective has a new Director of Outreach helping coordinate harm reduction supply distribution, volunteer onboarding, communications + outreach, tabled events and the 4th HARM REDUCTION FESTIVAL happening later this summer (August/September depending on scheduling)
There’s a lot in motion behind the scenes like potential bands, safety demos, zines, HIV/STI testing and art happenings currently being organized. There’s also a high possibility we’ll have shirts, merch and other swag available soon with our logo.

Volunteers will still be contacted through Discord regarding table support, table leads, trainings and other organizing needs. Email or Discord are currently the best ways to reach out with questions.
We also have a Google form in our link tree for submitting events to be added to our events calendar.

Events this Saturday!

First up we’ll be at for a fundraiser🖤 Pop by the table from noon-7!

Also that afternoon we’ll be in Barelas for People’s Picnic!

March was a big month for distribution! We gave out 170 doses of naloxone as well as so many other supplies we offer at the table. Thank you to folks getting supplies, volunteering, and businesses/venues/organizers that make these events possible. We have so many more events and partnerships lined up for April so we’ll see you there🙌🖤
