We're excited to share the official groundbreaking ceremony for our new multi-acre hangar development at Frederick Municipal Airport.

This is a huge milestone for our team and for the aviation community. With demand for hangar space continuing to grow, we’re building modern, secure, and spacious hangars designed for aircraft owners who want the very best for their airplanes.

We’re officially cleared for takeoff on our newest project at Washington Manassas Airport, aka Manassas Regional Airport. (KHEF)! With the lease agreement now signed, we’re moving into engineering and permitting for 35 brand-new premium hangars—and we couldn’t be more excited. ✈️

If you’ve been waiting for quality hangar space in Northern Virginia, you know the demand is real. That’s why we’re building hangars that go beyond four walls and a roof, with features like full insulation, heating, high flow fans from Big Ass Fans, private restrooms, Smart Door technology, and premium bi-fold doors from Diamond Doors, designed for today’s aircraft owners.

The response has been incredible already, with more than half of the units spoken for! Thank you to everyone who has supported this project and shared in the excitement.
