Yesterday, our beautiful Ruth, who helped bring The Salt Cave Abq to life, went to be with the angels. ๐ค
Ruth was a beautiful, vibrant light. She was frequently at The Salt Cave. She loved it so much-you often saw her behind the counter, lending a hand in the Vichy room, or maybe she walked you down to your very own salt cave session. This space brought her joy, she believed with every ounce in the holistic healing of the Salt Cave.
She helped April bring her dream to life. We are heartbroken by this loss. We know her beautiful energy will always be with us and The Salt Cave.
and we hope every time you walk in that you feel that energy and know that you too have a special guardian walking alongside you down the hall to the salt cave. ๐คโจ

We were so excited to host Blue Line Counseling last week in the Salt Cave! โจ
13 first responders came to an hour of yoga, salt therapy, & sound healing. We love that we can be a place of healing, detoxing, & recharging for our first responders! โฅ๏ธ
