With all the recent rain in New Mexico, we have been getting calls from customers having trouble with leaks in their roofs. Here is a fairly unusual issue that came up twice yesterday, where people have added a downspout drain pipe to their canales but the silicone originally sealing the between the edge of the TPO and the metal of the canale has degraded/weathered over time. Water then flowed back into the wall under the TPO. Our roofing technician took care of the issue for this customer.
