80 yrs old , what’s your excuse this little lady can hold her planks elbows or straight arm for 1min . I also offer functional strength training for geriatrics (older people) .

I split breakfast pre and post workout . Yogurt ,banana, protein shake are pre eggs are post for a total for a total of 712 calories and 83 grams of protein . This is not hard very easy and eggs can be prepped and warmed up .

Be a responsible adult and plan . Instead of Nextflix go ship for real food and then take time to prepare all your meals , if you make it a habit you will see a change .

ITS HARD TO EAT HEALTHY !!!

No it’s not you just have to prioritize having the right food in your house .
I keep all colors of peppers all the time and baby spinach .
I prefer to chip my own peppers but if you are in a time crunch you can buy them already chopped .
This is a lot of food and it’s only 220 calories .

Simple breakfast WAY more food then going to fast food and much better for you !

1/2 cup egg whites, two whole eggs , 75grams of sweet potatoes oven cooked . A tiny bit of hot sauce ! 274 calories , macro breakdown next photo.

I have too many clients that just don’t understand this . AND two are diabetics SMH . If MOST people can try and disguise their disease with medication then that will always be the plan , sad part is it can be cured by food !!!
