Why doesn't Texas Parks and wildlife put kiosks in stores for people to get fishing licenses? Would make a lot more sense than current way?

It was around 16° most of the day here at Lake Fork. Light sleet turned into snow. If your weather is like ours, now is a good time to get your fishing gear and baits in good fighting shape. Hope to see you at Lake Fork this year! Stay warm and safe.
