I had one hour today. So I grabbed some scrap paper, mod podge, cut of ribbon, and cans out of the recycling bin.

Did I know what I was doing?

Nope.

We're excited to announce our next show will be at the Akron Zoo on Saturday, June 13th for their "Lions, Tigers, and Bears... OH MY!" event. Not only will be bringing our mythical creatures, but we've been planning some animal products to make an appearance at this show too.

We went to a craft show today. But not the kind you're thinking of. These vendors were selling their craft materials. So I came home with some ribbon, a resin oven, and so new displays.

Upcycled lion.

-Recycled and scrap paper
-Buttons and beads (most of the buttons were my great grandma's!)
-Old shirt fabric
-Sewing thread

Size: 4 x 6 and framed.

I'm OBSESSED with how part one of this project turned out. 😍

Its been a week where it feels like every project has flopped... 😮‍💨

So coloring seemed like a stress-free option that I couldn't fail at.

What's something you do when you're feeling overwhelmed?

New project and... failed. 😮‍💨

I'm sad to report that we didn't make it to Hinckley Buzzard Day this year. 😭 I have been fighting a cold and just couldn't find the energy to get there.

I've been really sad that I had to miss... and hope it's a great day there for the other vendors.
