A little grace and understanding goes a long way. Most issues aren’t caused by bad intentions, they’re part of working with people, materials, and homes that are never perfect.
Before we paint any wall black, we start with a tinted primer. Instead of covering a bright white wall with expensive black paint over and over, the tinted primer creates a darker base coat. That means better coverage, fewer finish coats, a richer final color, and a more consistent look with less chance of streaks or flashing. It’s a simple step that saves time, saves paint, and delivers a better finished product.
I didn’t mean to have the sander pole covering his face 😂😂 however Chuck did a fantastic job with drywall finish!! Excited to start the next phase of this basement.
A traveler came to a town and saw an old man sitting near the entrance.
“What are the people in this town like?” he asked.

The traveler replied, “They were kind, generous, and trustworthy. I hated to leave them.”
The old man smiled and said, “You’ll find the people here are much the same.”
Lesson: Many times, the attitude and expectations we carry shape what we experience. A person who looks for faults often finds them everywhere; a person who looks for good often finds that too
