This is not a video about prophecy or the end times (or any of those arguments) - but about what we do today :)
If you've been online at all this month, I'm sure you've seen a subset of Christian content creators posting about how the rapture was supposed to happen on either the 23rd or the 24th ... obviously, that didn't happen.

FRODO: I can’t do this, Sam.
SAM: I know. It’s all wrong. By rights we shouldn’t even be here. But we are. It’s like in the great stories, Mr. Frodo. The ones that really mattered. Full of darkness and danger they were. And sometimes you didn’t want to know the end. Because how could the end be happy? How could the world go back to the way it was when so much bad had happened?
But in the end, it’s only a passing thing, this shadow. Even darkness must pass. A new day will come. And when the sun shines it will shine out the clearer. Those were the stories that stayed with you. That meant something. Even if you were too small to understand why. But I think, Mr. Frodo, I do understand. I know now. Folk in those stories had lots of chances of turning back only they didn’t. Because they were holding on to something.
FRODO: What are we holding on to, Sam?
SAM: That there’s some good in this world, Mr. Frodo. And it’s worth fighting for

Hello - it's me again! This is technically a blog post - but the video at the beginning is what's really important :) Jesus changed my life, and he is who/what inspires my desire to create.
His art is turning graves into gardens, and that will forever be so much more beautiful than any art I ever create!

There and Back Again #2 In the Den of AI
Welcome to SUMMER SONDER, my first ever cinematic animation project meant to capture the essence of a Midwest summer :) I’ll be uploading a series of similar reels through out the summer - as different memories and experiences (new and old) stir up inspiration. I found my original spurt of inspiration walking through a neighborhood while the sunset. I looked up towards the orange pink clouds, my eyes following the criss cross of wires that spiderwebbed out from the telephone poles gasped: “Wow. This is summer…” The next bit of inspiration came when i stumbled across the dictionary of obscure sorrows definition for "Sonder:” the realization that each random passerby is living a life as vivid and complex as your own — populated with their own ambitions, friends, routines, worries and inherited craziness — an epic story that continues invisibly around you like an anthill sprawling deep underground, with elaborate passageways to thousands of other lives that you'll never know existed, in which you might appear only once, as an extra sipping coffee in the background, as a blur of traffic passing on the highway, as a lighted window at dusk. I hope this moment encourages you to find beauty in the little moments: the ones that get lost in the shuffle. This project isn’t about the fireworks on the 4th of July, it’s about the fireflies you chased after the fireworks went off :) Happy adventuring, Caleb
