There is a $200 holding deposit required once the application is submitted in the form of a money order or cashiers check. The holding guarantees no one else can apply on your unit while we run your application.

*On approved credit, applicants must have 3x the income with at least 6 months employment verification. No evictions. No felonies.
For any and all applications there is a $41 application fee per person over the age of 18 applying.
We need a minimum of your 3 most recent paystubs, any other forms of income, ID and if possible two months of bank statements.
Once approved the holding is taken off your move in costs and the deposit is determined by credit.
After reviewing your application we may ask for more information if necessary.
We are a first come first serve establishment, there is no wait list, so once the units have a holding put on them they are considered taken. We will accept as many applications on one unit until a holding is brought in then the other applicants shall be considered for a different unit or their application denied.
