Effective Monday January 3rd, 2022, under Cook County’s order, any patron over five years of age must provide proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 in order to dine inside, visit gyms, or patronize entertainment venues where food or drink are being served. Furthermore, employees of these businesses must be fully vaccinated or provide a weekly negative COVID-19 test. Businesses in Suburban Cook County are also required to post notices of the vaccination order, and have a written plan on hand as to how businesses intend to comply.

We recommend checking with your local officials to determine if your town has implemented or is enforcing Cook County’s order.
