Now that the primary is over candidates are getting a quick break from politicking and are able to focus on some things important to the voters: electricity & power! Thank you Northwestern Energy for taking time to give us a tour of the county generation station and answering our many questions.

Those that have recently heard my latest lecture on "Elections have consequences," will realize the importance of the presidential race currently taking place in Peru. Left vs. Right. While I am very familiar with conservative candidate, Keiko Fujimori and her history, it would be advantageous to have a conservative in that seat. Then we could focus our efforts in Colombia. 😀

I share this because it is a good reminder for law enforcement and first responders that training is paramount. Community Ambulance personnel came to speak in Billings pertaining to their role during the deadliest mass shooting in U.S. history. 58 people were killed that night at the Vegas concert. Roughly 460 gunshot wounds with over 800 people treated. They shared how the event unfolded, treatment during the event and key take aways. Their training got them through the night. Always prepare for the 'what ifs.'

I want to say, "Thank you." Thank you to the voters in HD52 for having confidence and electing me as their representative. Thanks to primary opponent, Ed Walker, for calling me and conceding. It was a class act. I look forward to representing the constituents of HD52.!
