I've been making candles for 18 years and making soap from scratch for 13 years. I had an accident in 2008 and found myself in a wheelchair. I needed to stay busy while heeling. My passion for natural body care products and candles kept me in motion. On March 22, 2009 I drew up my plans to start Rosebud Crafters. I have a store front located at Chaos Corner in the Upper Cut Salon in Absarokee MT.
Products are also sold at the Fishtail General Store Fishtail, MT., at Peddlers Station in Billings MT., and coming soon to Blessed Beginnings, Laurel MT., and 3 Angels Candles and gifts 1500 Harrison Ave. I now offer 35 soy melt and 26 candle scents, candles come in two sizes, over 50 hand made milk soaps,10 goats milk castile (olive oil) soaps w/essential oils and botanicals, a variety bath salts, tub teas, lip balm, bubble bath, mens shaving soaps w/brushes and cup, fragrance oils,body scrubs and scented body cream. That is the reason behind allowing the web site to go, to the way side. I do not wish to be a cookie cutter business, stamping out the same standard items over and over again. I am about quality not quantity. I am a crafter not a corporation! This is a family business! Mom makes it, Dad manages it, the girls package it, and the boys stock it and take out the trash!
Hand made soaps,soy candles, bath and body care. Available at retail and wholesale prices. Retail prices are as follow: lg soy candles are $18.00, sm soy candles are $10.00, Tub Tea $22.00, bath salts $15.00 ( come with a scoop in a large jar), lip balm $4.00, bubble bath $9.00,body creams $18.00 , Scrubs $18.00 , shaving sets $18.00, shaving soaps $4.00, buttermilk soaps $6.00, goats milk castile soaps $9.00, aromatherapy fragrance oils $12.00, and soy melts $5.00. I take a basic batch of soap, then remelt it gently. This process drops the ph level. I then add fragrance, essential oils, colors or botanical s to the soap. The fragrances are more pure, uneffected by the soaponification process. I re-batch with milks which add skin softening milk fats for nourishment. This process adds some time to the already long process but your skin will love it! The ph level on my soaps are lower than most store bought brands, plus there are no detergents or hardners. Each bar of soap cures for about six-eight weeks before it leaves the shop. If you have any questions please ask!
