Employee spotlight: Matthew Martin.
Matthew joined us from a completely different career of work-retail sales. His past electronics hobbies has helped shape his career as an electrician. We have watched him install security camera systems, smart home automation, and complex industrial controls.
He has grown leaps and bounds these last couple years, being challenged to grow in the low voltage branch of electrical systems.
We are excited to see where he goes this next year and how his strengths serve our community.

Employee Spotlight. Samuel Griffin
Sam started working for AE a little over a year ago. He came to us with some maintenance and plumbing experience, so he fit right in to the culture of blue-collar work. He has grown and learned a lot in this last year. Challenging himself, asking hard questions, and bringing a fun attitude to our team.
Here are a couple questions we asked him:
1. What is one thing you can look back on and say you’ve learned this year?
- I have learned how to be safe around Electrical.
2. What is one identifiable goal that you want to accomplish in your career next year?
- I want to be proficient in trimming out a house. 

We have lots of feedback from our customers about how polite and informative Sam is when he communicates with them.

Here are a couple before and after photos of a service we recently upgraded.

We upgraded a 100amp fuse panel to a 200amp breaker panel. 
These older fuse panels become a fire hazard when 15amp fuses are replaced with 20 or 30amp fuses. This will compromise the integrity of the wires insulation and will start a fire.
If you have an outdated electrical system in your home, we will gladly give you an estimate to bring your electrical system up to code. So you may rest assured that you and your family are safe.

Pa******le teacher arrested with trove of child p**n PRACHUAP KHIRI KHAN - A man who had received an outstanding teacher award has been arrested for molesting at least eight students aged 8-10 years old at his school.

This was a fun kitchen remodel. Our crew did a great job.
Our customer invested a lot in updating their cabinets and counter tops so naturally we wanted to add lighting to enhance that investment.
The under cabinet lights make the quartz shine and the toe kick lights feature their cabinets and flooring.
