Wallace Day ~ 2026 NPF Contestants 🥜 👑

For nearly 50 years, Wallace Community College has proudly hosted Wallace Day for the contestants of the National Peanut Festival Pageants, and this year’s event continued that long-standing tradition.

The 2026 contestants spent the day on the Wallace Campus, officially kicking off their pageant competition with the written communication portion, which is judged by Wallace Community College’s English Department. Contestants also had the opportunity to meet with WCC recruiters, learn more about the college’s academic and scholarship opportunities, and enjoy lunch with WCC President Dr. Kathy Murphy.

Through scholarship opportunities, campus experiences, and personal connections, Wallace Day continues to be a meaningful tradition that helps contestants discover the many pathways available to achieve their academic and career goals.

I am honored to officially introduce myself as Contestant #29 in the Miss National Peanut Festival Pageant!

This opportunity represents so much more than a competition. It is a chance to grow as a leader, serve my community, build meaningful connections, and use my voice to inspire others.
